Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged during transit, or
The customer receives an incorrect product different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear images or videos showing the damaged or incorrect product
Description of the issue
All return requests are reviewed by our support team. Approval of a return is subject to verification of the provided evidence.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, customization, and spiritual reasons, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Energized products
Customized or made-to-order items
These products are prepared, selected, or energized based on traditional practices and customer orders. Therefore, once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition of Returned Items
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging along with all tags, certificates (if any), and accessories. Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, return shipping instructions will be shared with the customer. In such cases, return shipping charges may be covered or reimbursed at our discretion. Returns initiated for reasons outside our responsibility will not be accepted.
Inspection & Further Action
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected. After successful inspection, the customer will be eligible for a replacement or refund, as applicable, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
